The Country and Territorialism
Kurdistan is an independent republican State and the sole country and National Territory of the Kurdish Nation. The National Sovereignty of Kurdistan is immutable and non-negotiable; it shall neither be divided nor shared. This Sovereignty is rooted in the historical, cultural, and territorial continuity of Kurdistan as a unified nation.
The National Flag of Kurdistan
The Flag of Kurdistan is the perpetual symbol of the unity, Sovereignty, and Political Identity of the Kurdish Nation, and the perpetual flag of the Kurds and Kurdistan. The Flag of Kurdistan is not merely the flag of the Nation, the Country, and the State of Kurdistan. Every authority and system exercising governing authority in Kurdistan bears a national duty to respect the Flag of Kurdistan and shall have no right to appropriate the National Flag for any ideological doctrine or purpose.
Strategic Relations with the State of Israel and the Fight against Antisemitism
On the basis of historical continuity and the shared destiny of the Kurdish and Jewish nations, the Republic of Kurdistan establishes the legal framework for its strategic relations with the State of Israel and enshrines its commitment to combating antisemitism worldwide.
