Constitutional recognition

Recognition accepts the Constitution of the Republic of Kurdistan as the supreme national document, the legal foundation and the state-building framework for an independent and sovereign Kurdistan. A recogniser joins the Constitutional Society as a constitutional steward and contributes through education, dialogue, research, public communication, service and institution-building toward establishing and strengthening the state of Kurdistan. Every constitutional process proceeds through the procedures and mechanisms defined by the Constitution itself.

Does recognition amount to word-for-word agreement with every article?

Recognition affirms the Constitution as Kurdistan's supreme national and state-building framework. Its internal constitutional procedures govern every process concerning the constitutional text.

Is private information published?

No. The public register uses only fields that the member has explicitly marked public and that have passed review.

What does ChatGPT sign-in verify?

It authenticates an account and session. It is not proof of citizenship, legal identity or institutional authority.
